The host of the event will determine if a Small Group Room is enabled on the rooms for Virtual Scheduled Meetings. If orgs can only create personal rooms for Virtual Scheduled Meetings, then they only have the ability to meet 1x1 with the candidate and cannot invite other Moderators. However, we recommend they open their own Zoom to invite the candidate and any other colleagues they wish.

Unfortunately, for the pre-scheduled meetings, they are all just 1-on-1 for this event. You are welcome to use an external meeting link (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and share it with the candidate in the room and your other manager so that you can all meet together using the external meeting platform. We do have small group meeting options, but they were not enabled for this event as part of the event package. You can have impromptu meetings with candidates from within your main Group Room throughout the event at any time or share an external meeting in your main Group Room.
