Candidates can sign up for pre-scheduled meetings for the day of the event or decide to visit any organization rooms at their discretion during the event. Organization representatives will have to set up their meeting time slots, but they can choose if they want the invite only option, where they invite specific candidates, or if they want the candidate choice option, where candidates who are registered for the event are able to freely slot in with them during the time slots they designated as available.
