Meeting Formats

This is always optional. Organizations can still interact with candidates in their Group Room on Event Day. From there, they will have the option to conduct panels or give presentations. They can also engage with candidates 1-on-1 using audio, video, or text chat. It is not required to set up pre-scheduled 1-on-1 meetings with candidates.

The host of the event will determine if a Small Group Room is enabled on the rooms for Virtual Scheduled Meetings. If orgs can only create personal rooms for Virtual Scheduled Meetings, then they only have the ability to meet 1x1 with the candidate and cannot invite other Moderators. However, we recommend they open their own Zoom to invite the candidate and any other colleagues they wish. Email Response: Candidates can sign up for pre-scheduled meetings for the day of the event or decide to visit any organization rooms at their discretion during the event.
