As a participating organization, you will have access to all of the participants’ profile information leading up to as well as indefinitely after the event. You also have the opportunity to message participants directly within the CareerEco platform before your event to invite them to your room on event day, or after the event, even if they did not visit your room on event day.
One great aspect of the virtual event is you may recruit from the entire pool of participants, rather than just those that visit with you during the event.

All events take place online in an event room on CareerEco's proprietary platform. Each participating organization has their own event room where candidates can enter the room to ask questions in the main room, or request a private conversation with a representative. We have built-in audio and video tools, or organizations can opt to link to their own, like Zoom or Teams.
Some organizations may choose to host a presentation or panel discussion using audio and video, whereas others may just be using text chat or engaging with candidates in 1-on-1 interactions. Candidates visit organizations at their discretion during the event window.
Organizations also have the option to host pre-scheduled meetings during the event window, as well.
Additionally, participating organizations have full access to the entire list of registered candidates and their contact info, even if they did not connect with them during the event time window. Some organizations even choose to not have online hours during the event time frame and just recruit outside of the event, from the list of registered candidates.
